Healthy Breakfast collab with JustAnotherBritishGirl

Just another British girl

Hi everybody!

This is a collab with justAnotherBritishGirl ( her link is up there), we are doing a healthy breakfast collab, she is doing some healthy breakfast ideas and I am going to show you a recipe that is really healthy and nutritious. ( photos taken by Holly)

I would like to introduce you to ( drum roll) Granola dust!

This is a recipe that Jamie Oliver came up with because his kids were waking up every morning and stuffing their mouths with sugary cereals like Cheerios and rice crispies. Even though this video has added coco powder it is still lovely and healthy.

If you would like to make this recipe, you will need:
kg of oats
250g of combined nuts
100g of seeds
250g of mixed dry fruit( raisins, cranberries, apricot..)
4 tb of coco powder
optional: coffee powder
then, use the Jamie Oliver instructions and boom, you have granola dust.

You can eat it like a porridge of like granola or muesli, like Jamie said, this is not a balanced breakfast so you'll have to add dairy like yogurt or milk and fruits for a burst of energy.

If it looks slightly different from the video, it's okay, have a look at what ours ended up like:
Yum!

Delicious!

I hope you enjoyed this post
